The candidates are advised to read the detailed recruitment advertisement for the post and instructions thereon "How to Apply" carefully before filling up online application and Registration. Online application of the candidate is subject to scrutiny and candidature shall be cancelled/rejected if the candidate is found to be in-eligible at any stage of recruitment process without any notice. Candidates are also requested to please note the following :-

(i) Candidates those who are willing to serve anywhere in India in the event of their selection and appointment to the post only need to apply. Candidates may please note that B.E or B.Tech or MCA is NOT the essential qualification required for the post of Technical Assistant. Hence, they should not apply.

(ii) The digital soft copy (scanned) of recent passport size color Photograph, Signature and other requisite documents are to be uploaded in jpg format only. In case the Final Pass Mark sheet of Essential Qualification are in multiple pages the digital file must be scanned in a single page for uploading. Candidates should keep digital soft copies ready as per given specification/size before filling up online application. Candidates are also requested to keep their mobile ready to receive the OTP mandatory for registration.

(iii) The Photo ID mentioned at the time of online application/Registration, the same Photo ID is required to be produced in original at the time of appearing for the Computer Based Examination as well as at the time of joining duty, if finally selected.

(iv) Candidates are advised to carefully fill up the online application and re-check correctness of the details given therein before finally submitted for Registration. Multiple registrations of a candidate may result in rejection of all his/her registered applications.
